Human Engagement

I have found a passion for human engagement through my experiences in business consulting. Human engagement not only covers user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) but engagement with every part of a business. It includes customer engagement, employee engagement, and supplier engagement. By actively including the people who interact with the business from every angle you can create a business that leaves a customer with a feeling of satisfaction after every encounter.

You can create good human engagement through iterative research involving your customers and employees. By designing a business with your customers and with your employees, you are creating exactly what they want and need, not what you think they want and need. This dedication shows your customers and employees how much you value them. It will keep your customers returning and give your employees the job satisfaction they need to really want to help your business thrive.

Attendance Policy Proposal

A 17-page team project outlining a problem, primary and secondary research, compiled data, and policy change proposal. I acted as project manager, assigning roles and deadlines, as well as gathering and compiling primary research through Qualtrix.
